They are used for the short-term relief of occasional constipation. The laxative effect occurs approximately 8-12 hours after taking the product.

Do not use Senna, Charcoal, Peppermint, and Fennel tablets:

Do not use Senna, Charcoal, Peppermint, and Fennel tablets if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to senna leaves, rhubarb, charcoal, purified sulfur, or any other ingredients.
If you have a blockage or narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract or intestine (ileus, intestinal obstruction, or stricture).
If you have paralysis or decreased muscle tone in the intestine (atony).
If you have appendicitis, an inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis.
If you are severely dehydrated.
If you have persistent or undiagnosed abdominal complaints, such as pain, nausea, or vomiting.
If you have faecal impaction or rectal bleeding for which you don't know the cause or have a known cause.
If you have blood in your stools.
If you have already taken a laxative and are still constipated.
If you have a sudden change in your bowel habits that has lasted for more than two weeks.
If you have kidney or heart failure.
If you are under 18 years old. 12 years

If you are taking heart medications (such as cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs such as quinidine), drugs that induce QT prolongation, diuretics, corticosteroids, or licorice root preparations

Stop using the product and seek immediate medical attention if you experience tightness in the throat, swelling of the eyes, face, lips, or tongue, feel faint, or have difficulty breathing. Stop using the product if you experience hives or itching of the face or body.
