Diclofenac, the active ingredient in Voltic-D dispersible tablets, is one of a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or analgesics.

Voltic-D dispersible tablets work quickly and are therefore used to treat short-term pain in conditions affecting joints and muscles. They are particularly useful for treating sprains and back pain. They should not be taken for more than three months.

Directions for Use:

Your doctor will tell you how many Voltic-D dispersible tablets to take. Always follow their instructions carefully.

Take the tablets before or with food.

Drop the tablets into a glass of water and stir. Drink the liquid all at once.

The usual adult dose is one tablet two or three times a day.

Warnings and Precautions:

• You think you are allergic to diclofenac sodium, aspirin, ibuprofen, or any other NSAID, or any of the other ingredients of Voltaren-D tablets.

• You have or have had a stomach or duodenal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (bloody vomiting, bloody stools, recent bloody stools, or black or tarry stools).

• You have had stomach or bowel problems after taking other NSAIDs.

• You have severe kidney, liver, or heart failure.

• You have heart and/or cardiovascular disease.

• You have or have had circulation problems (peripheral arterial disease). Or • You have been pregnant for more than six months.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 46.5 mg of diclofenac, equivalent to 50 mg of diclofenac sodium.
