• If you are allergic to the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.• If you are allergic to sulfonamides or sulfonylureas, such as sulfadiazine and cotrimoxazole.• If you have kidney failure.• If you have severe liver problems.• If you have low blood pressure.• If you are dehydrated.• If you are unable to urinate.• If you have low levels of sodium or potassium in your blood.• If you have Addison's disease.• If you are taking other medications that affect potassium levels in your blood.
Warnings and Precautions
Tell your doctor about all your health conditions, including if you have:• If you have liver or kidney problems.• If you have heart problems.• If you have diabetes.• If you have low levels of protein in your blood.• If you have prostate problems.• If you have gout.• If you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
Possible Side Effects
Stop using this product and seek immediate medical attention if you develop a rash; itching; red, blistered, or peeling skin; tightness in the chest or throat; difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking; unusual hoarseness; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat. The frequency with which these side effects occur is unknown.

How to Take Furosemide
• Take this medication as directed by your doctor.• Take this medication with a glass of water.• It is best to take this medication in the morning.• The usual recommended dose is one or two tablets once daily.
How to Store Furosemide
• Store at room temperature between 68 and 77°F (20 and 25°C).• Protect from sunlight.• Keep this medication out of reach of children.• Do not use this medication after the expiration date printed on the carton.
*The form and method of administration of furosemide 40 mg tablets and 10 mg/ml solution for injection or infusion should be determined individually according to the therapeutic indication and severity of the disease.
