    Usage Instructions:
    The recommended dose is one tablet once a day, at least 30 minutes before sexual intercourse.
     
    Warnings and precautions:
    Refrain from taking tadalafil in the following cases:
    • If you are allergic to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients in tadalafil.
    • If you are taking any type of organic nitrate or nitric oxide donor such as amyl nitrite. It is a group of medicines called "nitrates" and is used to treat angina ("chest pain").
    • If you have serious heart disease or have recently had a heart attack within the past 90 days.
    • If you have recently had a stroke in the previous 6 months.
    • If you suffer from low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
    • If you have previously had vision loss due to non-NAION anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, a condition described as "eye stroke".
    • If you are taking riociguat.
     
    Caution should be exercised when taking tadalafil:
    If you have problems with blood pressure.
    If you suffer from any hereditary eye disease.
    If you have sickle cell anemia (a disease that affects red blood cells).
    If you have multiple myeloma (a cancer of the bone marrow).
    If you have leukemia (a cancer of the blood cells).
    If you have any abnormalities in the penis.
    If you suffer from a serious liver problem.
    If you have a serious kidney problem.
