For adults and children 12 years and over:
Swallow two tablets every four hours as needed.
• Do not take more than once every four hours.
• Do not take more than eight tablets in one day.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose.
• Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age.
• Avoid consuming large amounts of caffeine in beverages such as coffee and tea.
Consuming large amounts of caffeine may cause difficulty sleeping, tremors, and chest discomfort.
Warnings and Precautions:
Do not take Vivadol Extra tablets if:
• You have ever been allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or any of the other ingredients.
• You are taking other medicines containing paracetamol.
Ask your doctor before taking this medicine if:
• You have kidney or liver disease, including alcoholic liver disease.
If you are taking other medications:
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking these tablets if you are taking any prescription medications, especially metoclopramide or domperidone (for nausea or vomiting) or colestyramine (for lowering blood cholesterol).
Paracetamol is more rapidly absorbed when taken with metoclopramide or domperidone and less rapidly when taken with colestyramine. If you are taking blood-thinning medications (such as warfarin) and need to take painkillers daily, contact your doctor due to the risk of bleeding. However, you can still take doses of Vivadol Extra tablets at the same time as your anticoagulant occasionally.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Paracetamol + caffeine is not recommended during pregnancy due to the increased risk of low birth weight and miscarriage associated with caffeine consumption.
Caffeine is present in breast milk. It may have a stimulant effect on infants.
Due to the caffeine content of this medicine, it should not be taken if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Each tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol and 65 mg of caffeine.
