Product Description

Loratadine 5 mg - Pseudoephedrine Sulfate 120 mg

What is Loratadine/Pseudoephedrine and what is it used for?

It contains a combination of two medications: loratadine (an antihistamine) and pseudoephedrine (a decongestant).
Antihistamines help reduce allergy symptoms by blocking the effects of a substance called histamine. The body produces histamine in response to foreign substances to which it is allergic. Decongestants cause blood vessels to constrict. This clears a blocked or stuffy nose.

This combination relieves symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as:

• Nasal and sinus congestion
• Sneezing
• Runny nose
• Watery, itchy eyes

Do not take loratadine/pseudoephedrine

if you have:

• An allergy to loratadine/pseudoephedrine or any of the ingredients in this medicine
• Glaucoma
• Difficulty urinating
• Severe high blood pressure
• Severe blood vessel disease
