    3. Measure Water: Pour the required amount of cooled water into the sterilized feeding bottle according to the feeding chart on the packaging.
    4. Add Powder: Use the provided scoop in the tin. Level off the powder with the back of a clean knife edge; do not press extra powder into the scoop. Add the correct measure of powder to the water.
    5. Mix Well: Cap the bottle and shake well (for at least 10 seconds) until the powder is completely dissolved.
    6. Check Temperature: Check the temperature of the formula on your wrist (should be around 37°C) before feeding your baby.
    7. Discard Unused Formula: Always discard any leftover or unfinished formula within one hour of preparation. Do not heat feeds in the microwave.
