For adults:
Allergic rhinitis:
10 mg / day & 5 mg twice / day.
Never exceed 10 mg / day.
Shri:
10 mg / day.
For children:
2 years: Safety and efficacy not proven.
2 - 6 years : 5 mg / day.
Older than 10 years: 10 mg / day, never exceed 10 mg only with the advice of a doctor.
6 years: Safety and effectiveness have not been proven.
Older than 6 years: 10 mg / day.

Liver dysfunction:

2-6 years: 5 mg every other day.
