Polyvinyl alcohol/povidone is an ophthalmic solution used to relieve the symptoms of dry, irritated eyes and dry eye symptoms.

It can also be used as a comfort drop while wearing hard or soft contact lenses.

Do not use polyvinyl alcohol/povidone:

• If you are hypersensitive to polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Warnings and Precautions:

• If eye irritation, eye pain, redness, or changes in vision persist, worsen, increase, or persist for more than 24 hours, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

• If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, discontinue use.

Possible Side Effects of Polyvinyl Alcohol/Povidone

The following symptoms may occur:

Eye Disorders

• Eye Irritation

• Eye Pain

• Eye Discharge

• Itching

• Redness

• Sensation of Something in the Eye

• Increased Tearing
