    • Ofloxacin inhibits DNA replication by inhibiting bacterial DNA topoisomerase and DNA-gyrase which are necessary to separate bacterial DNA, thereby inhibiting cell division.

    • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

    • Eye preparation is usually sterile, so ensure that the container is not damaged before use and also replace the cap after taking your dose.
    • Tilt your head back a little and lookup.
    • pull your lower eyelid down
    • With the other hand, hold the eye drop bottle upside down near your eye. Try not to touch your eye as you do this.
    • Apply enough pressure to release one drop into your eye.
    • Ensure that the medication entered your eye
    • Close your eye for a minute or two, and press gently on the side of your nose, this prevents the loss of your eye drops and keeps the drug where it should be.
    • Doses may change from patient to patient based on your age, your medical condition, and whether or not you are taking other medicines, so always follow your physician"s instruction
    • Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor"s or pharmacist"s instructions.
