How to Use
For adults and children over 6 years: One spray of Otrivin 0.1% Metered Dose in each nostril, 4 times daily.
Warnings and Precautions:
Warning: If you have had head surgery, your doctor will decide whether you can use Otrivin. Otrivin should not be used in cases of dry nasal mucosa or closed-angle glaucoma, and should not be used in patients with an allergy to any of the ingredients in Otrivin.Precautions: As with other cold remedies, Otrivin can cause sleep and vision problems, or dizziness, which are signs of an allergy to this product.Otrivin should be used with caution in cases of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes.Otrivin should not be used for more than one week without medical advice.

Otrivin Metered Dose Spray 10 ml contains 0.1% xylometazoline hydrochloride and benzalkonium chloride as a preservative.
