Flucazole is a triazole derivative with broad-spectrum antifungal efficacy that is well absorbed and easily passes through the blood-brain barrier of cerebrospinal fluid. Fluconazole inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol and this damages the fungal cell membrane and inhibits the construction of the fungal cell membrane
