Diabetes or a history of disease in your family
Tuberculosis (a disease affecting the lungs) or a history of tuberculosis
Glaucoma (an eye condition that affects vision) or a history of glaucoma or a history of your family
A history of muscle weakness caused by steroid therapy

Ever had blood clots
