Return or exchange policy for products

You can refund or exchange what you have purchased according to the following conditions:

The purchase invoice is necessary to provide a return and exchange service, within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition unchanged (such as discolouration, cutting, or opening their packaging).

In the event that the items of the offers are returned: all items of the offer group must be returned at their value at the time of the offer. The customer will bear the shipping expenses if the place is outside Riyadh.

Cases in which we do not accept a refund or replacement:

If the barcode has been removed or erased or the product packaging has been opened.

Do not open the product.
