Mebendazole tablets are used to treat intestinal worm infections such as:

• Threadworms (pinworms)

• Other common worm infections (such as whipworms, roundworms, and hookworms)

Do not take Mebendazole if:

• You are allergic to anything in Mebendazole tablets

• You are pregnant

Warnings and Precautions

Do not use this medicine if any of the above apply to you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using it.

• Mebendazole should not be given to children under 2 years of age.

• Mebendazole should only be given to younger children if specifically prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will decide if it is suitable for your child. You must follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Possible Side Effects of Mebendazole

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any of the following side effects:
